Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions aim to define the terms of use, procedures, and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between DomainHub (hereinafter "Company") and its members for the domain parking service (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these terms and conditions are defined as follows:

• Service: Domain parking page creation and inquiry forwarding service provided by the Company
• Member: A person who agrees to these terms and uses the Service
• Domain Owner: A member who registers a domain on the Service to sell
• Prospective Buyer: A person who inquires about purchasing a registered domain

Article 3 (Service Content)

The services provided by the Company are as follows:

• Domain parking page creation and hosting
• Forwarding inquiries from prospective buyers to domain owners
• Providing domain access statistics

The Company is not a party to domain transactions and is not responsible for the completion of transactions, payment, or domain transfers.

Article 4 (Membership Registration)

Those who wish to use the Service must apply for membership according to the procedures set by the Company, and membership is completed when the Company accepts the application.

Members must provide accurate information when registering. Service use may be restricted if false information is provided.

Article 5 (Member Obligations)

Members must comply with the following:

• Not register domains that they do not own
• Not register domains that infringe on others' rights
• Not use the Service for illegal purposes
• Not engage in activities that harm other members or third parties

Article 6 (Transaction Responsibility)

Domain transactions are conducted directly between domain owners and prospective buyers, and the Company is not a party to the transaction.

The Company is not responsible for disputes, fraud, or damages that occur during the transaction process.

We recommend using an escrow service for safe transactions.

Article 7 (Service Interruption)

The Company may suspend service provision in the following cases:

• When system inspection, maintenance, or replacement is necessary
• When there are force majeure reasons such as natural disasters or national emergencies
• When other reasons prevent the Company from providing the Service

Article 8 (Service Fees)

Basic services are provided free of charge. If paid services are added in the future, we will notify you in advance.

Article 9 (Membership Withdrawal and Disqualification)

Members can request withdrawal at any time through the settings within the Service, and the Company will process it immediately.

If a member violates these terms, the Company may restrict or revoke membership without prior notice.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not responsible for the following:

• Disputes arising from transactions between members or between members and third parties
• The accuracy and reliability of information provided by members
• Damages caused by the member's own fault during service use
• Service interruption due to force majeure such as natural disasters

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)

In case of disputes related to service use, the Company and members will negotiate in good faith for amicable resolution.

If no agreement is reached, it will be resolved in the competent court according to the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Article 12 (Amendment of Terms)

The Company may amend these terms if necessary, and the amended terms will be announced through notices within the Service.

Members who do not agree to the amended terms may discontinue using the Service and withdraw.

Supplementary Provisions

These terms and conditions are effective from January 1, 2025.
