The Company does not provide users' personal information to third parties in principle. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:

Domain Purchase Inquiry: The prospective buyer's information (name, email, offer price, message) is forwarded to the domain owner. This is an essential function of the service, and submitting the inquiry form is considered consent to this.

The Company destroys personal information without delay after the purpose of collection and use has been achieved.
- Member Information: Destroyed immediately upon membership withdrawal
- Purchase Inquiry Information: Retained for 1 year after inquiry processing, then destroyed
- Access Logs: Retained for 1 year, then destroyed
Article 5 (Destruction Procedures and Methods)
The Company destroys personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary due to expiration of retention period or achievement of processing purpose.
- Electronic Files: Permanently deleted using irrecoverable methods
- Paper Documents: Shredded or incinerated

Users can exercise the following rights at any time:
